We love using Ferrule crimps here at Falcon Overland, they make it easier and cleaner while inserting your cables into their connectors, it also makes the cable more corrosion resistant giving you a good connection for decades.
If you are using a grub screw connector with flexible stranded cable a ferrule is a requirement or you run the risk of causing an electrical fire due to the grub screw connection coming loose.
We have 2 sizes of crimpers here:
Our 8 Gauge(8AWG) which can crimp cables from 22AWG to 8AWG which is 0.32mm2 to 10mm2 in metric.
And Our 6 Gauge(6AWG) which can crimp cables from 22AWG to 6AWG which is 0.32mm2 to 16mm2 in metric.
Both Kits come with a 1200 piece ferrule kit giving you plenty of every size to complete your project.
